Step into the world of McQueens Flowers for a full-day, hands-on masterclass dedicated to one of floristry’s most iconic and expressive forms, the hand-tied bouquet. Renowned for our signature designs, from the classic domed silhouette to looser, natural garden-style arrangements, McQueens invites you to explore two distinct approaches to bouquet making in this immersive workshop.
Guided by our expert tutors, you’ll begin by mastering the timeless elegance of the classic McQueens bouquet, learning the techniques that define our structured, balanced, and luxurious domed style. In the afternoon, you’ll explore a more free-flowing, garden-inspired arrangement, focusing on movement, texture, and natural form.
As part of the workshop, you'll also learn the essentials of flower conditioning, preparation, and care. Professional techniques that ensure your arrangements remain fresh and beautiful long after the day ends.
With step-by-step instruction, personal guidance, and the finest seasonal flowers at your fingertips, this experience offers a deep dive into the creative and technical skills that set McQueens bouquets apart.
And of course, both of your hand-tied creations are yours to either take home to display or gift to a loved one.

Arrival time - Full-day classes begin at 10am and finish at approx. 4pm. Half-day classes will be either 10am-12pm or 2pm-4pm, our team will reach out via email to confirm details. We advise students to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before their class or workshop starts. During full-day workshops and one-week courses there is a one-hour lunch break.
Equipment - There is no need to bring anything with you - all equipment is provided. You may want to bring a notepad and pen if you'd like to make notes.
Lunch and refreshments - Lunch is not provided, however there is a small kitchen onsite with a microwave - and lots of eateries nearby. Tea and coffee and are provided throughout the day.

Certificates - Students who complete either a One Week or Four Week Career Course will receive a McQueens Flower School certificate on completion of the course.
International students from outside of the EU must obtain the correct visa to study with us.
Deposit notice for Career Course - if you have purchased a deposit for the Career Course, the balance must be made in full 4 weeks before the first day of the course. The balance will be sent to you via a payment link. Should you fail to pay the full balance 4 weeks before the course start date, your space will be put back on sale for others to purchase and your deposit will be refunded.
Letter to support visa - If you require a letter to support a visa application please contact our team - flowerschool@mcqueensflowers.com - who will confirm your booking and your intended attendance with McQueens Flower School.

Covid policy - If you have symptoms or have tested for Covid19 or are required to self-isolate please do not attend the school and contact flowerschool@mcqueensflowers.com to reschedule your booking.
Accessibility -Our Flower School has no lift access to our upstairs classroom.

Student loans - We do not provide a student loan scheme.
Parking - There is no private parking for McQueens Flower School.
Age restrictions - The school can only admit people aged 18 and over.
Translators - Our lessons are delivered in English with demonstrations and teachers to support your learning.
Accommodation - The flower school is situated with access to many hotels nearby. We advise researching the best option for you via a booking's website.
Flowers - All of our lessons will feature flowers from our trusted suppliers and embrace the season. Every day you get to take home your arrangements and the flowers used.
Photography - You can't bring your own photographer, however, please feel free to take photos yourself. We have a photographer that will attend certain lessons to document your journey with us, if you do not want to be in any photos, please let us know.

A same-day delivery service is available for London addresses for orders placed before 12pm.
Nationwide Delivery
Standard - £25
A nationwide delivery service is available Tuesday-Saturday for orders placed before 12pm the day prior.
Each bouquet will arrive with flower care instructions. Please note, certain fragile products are available for a London delivery only.
Our delivery team will endeavour to deliver to the recipient however if no one is at home, your bouquet may be left in a safe place or with a neighbour.
