Arrival time - Full-day classes begin at 10am and finish at 4pm. Half-day classes begin at 10am and finish at 12:30pm. We advise students to arrive no earlier than 15 minutes before their class or workshop starts. During full-day workshops and courses there is a one-hour lunch break.
Equipment - There is no need to bring anything with you - all equipment is provided - and every student is presented with a McQueens Flower School apron and tote bag to take home. You may want to bring a notepad and pen if you'd like to make notes.
Lunch and refreshments - Lunch is not provided, however there is a small kitchen onsite with a microwave - and lots of eateries nearby. Light refreshments such as tea, coffee and snacks are provided throughout the day.
Getting to the school - McQueens Flower School is centrally located with excellent transport links including Bond Street Underground Station which is just a 5-minute walk away for the Central and Jubilee Line.

Certificates - Students who complete either a One Week or Four Week Career Course will receive a McQueens Flower School certificate on completion of the course.
International students from outside of the EU must obtain the correct visa to study with us.
Deposit notice for Career Course - if you have purchased a deposit for the Career Course, the balance must be made in full 4 weeks before the first day of the course. The balance will be sent to you via a payment link. Should you fail to pay the full balance 4 weeks before the course start date, your space will be put back on sale for others to purchase and your deposit will be refunded.
Accreditation - You will receive a McQueens Flower School certificate, we are currently not accredited however a McQueens Flower School certificate has been a foundation for many renowned florists.

Covid policy - If you have symptoms or have tested for Covid19 or are required to self-isolate please do not attend the school and contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Accessibility - Our Ground Floor classroom is accessible with disabled access toilets. There is no lift to our basement level classroom. (For Christmas Wreath Making at our Bethnal Green Flower School there is no lift access to our level two classroom.)

Student loans - We do not provide a student loan scheme.
Parking - There is no private parking for McQueens Flower School.
Age restrictions - The school can only admit people aged 18 and over.
Translators - Our lessons are delivered in English with demonstrations and teachers to support your learning.
Accommodation - The flower school is situated with access to many hotels nearby. We advise researching the best option for you via a booking's website.
Flowers - All of our lessons will feature flowers from our trusted suppliers and embrace the season. Every day you get to take home your arrangements and the flowers used.
Photography - You can't bring your own photographer, however, please feel free to take photos yourself. We have a photographer that will attend certain lessons to document your journey with us, if you do not want to be in any photos, please let us know.
